My name's Ricardo Silva and I'm from Portugal. Two years ago I started a one-man project which was the development of a software to manage my birds. I put it available on the Internet for free download and since then many other breeders have been using this software, which has been growing also with their help.

Currently in the version 2.6 I decided to provide an English version, which you can found on http://www.orniware.com/.

You can also download them directly from sourceforge.

Since I'm not a French Speaker I used Google Translator, which means that probably some phrases might not be completely correct. Nevertheless, I hope to have your help on improving this.

You can find the file in: http://www.orniware.com/code/Dutch.java

If your are using Windows and you haven't any experience in programming you can open this file with Wordpad. However, I recommend you to download and install the Programmers Notepad (http://www.pnotepad.org/download/), which will make this task most simpler because it recognizes the code and uses different colors that will help you.

Then you only need to translate the words/phrases between quotation marks. For instance, the first one is:
parent.parent.strings.getButtons().setCancelar("Cancel");
You just need to translate the "Cancel", and so on.

is there a way that i can see the techt that i have changed to see it when orniware program is running. so that i can check that my translations are correct. it difficult to chek now if mij translation is correct.

Nop, I've to compile it. You can send me the file, then I'll compile it and send you the result. You can then install and check if it is ok.

Besides, I'll need to translate the reports based on your translation, but I think I can handle it .

There was an error in birds, pairs and expenses visualization, that was already corrected. Therefore, if your version isn't ok, please download it again and move to the new one.
